Please note - this course runs through half term Discover easier movement for everyday life in this gentle floor-based movement class. You will be guided through specifically designed movement sequences in which you are encouraged to pay attention to your sensations as you move, with the aim of bringing to light unconscious patterns of holding and suggest to your brain new, easier pathways of action.
It is suitable for all ages and abilities, although you must be able to get down to and up from the floor unaided. Classes can be helpful for those with back pain, tension and mobility issues, as well as those wishing to improve an existing activity such as sport, yoga, playing a musical instrument, horse riding or dance.
