In this course you will learn simple meditation techniques to help you navigate difficult times. We will study a variety of methods from traditions such as Tibetan Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta, modern mindfulness techniques and Sufism all shared in an accessible way with clear instruction and a sense of enquiry.
You may discover states of expansion and drop into feelings of relaxation but this is unique to everyone and all is welcome.
There will be explanation and teaching about the history of the practices, plenty of time to explore them together and opportunities to share our experiences.
