"As we think, we live" – A. N. Whitehead

It was once assumed that the 'heavens' orbited the Earth. Once this view had been revised, reality itself remained unchanged yet human understanding was thus enabled to see a little further into it.

This course will examine some of our current assumptions which are, even now, also being revised offering similar opportunities.

The course will explore a range of exciting new philosophical and scientific hypotheses and be loosely based on the recent work of Dr. Iain McGilchrist.

No prior reading is expected.
