Include Us In is now a local charity based in Frome, dedicated to promoting social inclusion and integration. The organization operates free, drop-in support sessions to help individuals with IT skills, basic literacy and numeracy, CV building, job applications, and accessing essential online services. 

Core Services & Support

• Drop-in IT & Learning Sessions: Assistance with computer-based activities, reading, writing, and math to help individuals build confidence and digital skills. 
• Employability Help: Hands-on support with creating professional CVs, filling out job applications, and navigating essential online portals. 
• Social Inclusion: Facilities designed to assist those at risk of social exclusion due to age, unemployment, financial hardship, or disability. 

This means that our Drop in sessions are still going strong at the Cheese & Grain!

The IT drop-ins run at the Cheese & Grain on Mondays and Wednesdays.  Come in any time from 10 to midday on those days and meet the team.  Let us help you with some of your computer woes...

IT Hub free sessions

The IT hub at the Cheese & Grain is  a Centre Partner for UK-online.  This means that people can drop into the hub and take advantage of the online courses provided. A tutor/mentor will help you with any of the courses or will teach you how to use a computer for finding work, filling in online forms, using emails or searching the Internet.  If you have problems with reading and filling in forms we can help, so just come along and let us know what you need.

If you have no access to computers or the Internet at home then we can help.  On  Mondays and Wednesdays the 'drop-in' sessions are there to help you with all aspects of IT and computers for everyday needs, such as applying for a bus pass, buying tickets, shopping online, dealing with government websites.

Using a grant from Frome Town Council set up the delivery of IT and literacy at the Cheese & Grain hub.  The team is there again on Mon and Wed to help people with form filling and reading and writing both on the screen and on paper.  Many people who may be struggling with reading online and finding there is too much information can try entering details on paper first and then transfer to the screen.  

The IT Hub has been been made possible by grants from: Frome Town Council and  Frome Development Community Interest Company
