We have one more workshop to go on November 7th.  Tim O'Connor is going to tickle your funnybone - or get you to tickle someone's - with a 5 hour session on developing ideas and performance skills for your very own stand-up.  You may not be full of funny bones but it should do wonders for your confidence in getting up there in front of people and just talking in public.  

There may still be a few spaces on some of our language classes and it is worth getting in touch with the tutor if you feel you'd like to join after half term.  Send a request form on the tutor page on this website or ask at the Cheese & Grain. The meditation class can accept a few more people, as can Communicate with Confidence, and there are some spaces on Monday and Wednesday Yoga.  All art and craft classes are full for this term.  Let us know if you are keen to join any of these as most of our classes will continue in the spring term.
